You can contact Supaparcels during normal office hours below by email.
We no longer have telephone support as it considerably hindered the fast response time of our email.
We aim to reply to all emails within 30 minutes during normal office hours.
This may be slightly longer during periods of high volume parcel bookings, for example prior to Christmas.

Monday – Friday 7.30 am – 12.00pm
                               1.00pm - 5.30pm

Failed Collections.
Fortunately failed collections are very rare, but as with any road based industry, they do occur. This maybe be down to accidents, roadwork’s or relief drivers who are unsure of the area.
Please be assured, when you book with us, your order goes straight through to the carrier, we do not process it or sit on it, it is instant.

In the rare event that you have a failed collection, please email us after 5.30 pm and we will ensure that is rebooked for the next day.
